Windows Email after Vista Upgrade Not Working

I have upgraded to Vista Premium from XP Home and all is well, apart from the
new Windows Email. It appears to have imported all my settings correctly and
I have double checked these AND phoned my ISP who say it is not their server.
I get an error message 0x800CCC0D saying server not found, please check
server. I have un-installed McAfee which I understand could cause a problem
but still no joy. I need help please, any ideas?
 
After having uninstalled McAfee, then remove your account, close and reopen
WinMail, and then add it back again to fix what McAfee did to it.
