Windows Easy Transferr problems

I purchased a new Del with AMD processor. I set up my old XP Pro machine to
trasfer to my new Vista Home Premium machine. Everything installed and the
hardware exceeds all requirements. The transfer seem to proceed normally for
sveral hours then when almost complete I get a message that says access
denied and transfer cancelled. Any ideas?
