Windows Easy Transfer for Windows Vista/Outlook2007

I posted this elsewhere but this is probably the best section for it.

Does the settings, mail, contacts, accounts etc from XP/outlook2003 transfer
correctly to Vista/Outlook2007 or just from XP/outlook2003 to
Vista/outlook2003?
Any info I should know about this please add.
