Windows+E Shortcut Key

Using a Windows 2000 workstation, when I attempt to use
the Windows+E to bring up explorer, it gives me the
following message:

Cannot find the file 'qfinder.exe' (or one of its
components). Make sure the path and filename are correct
and that all libraries are available.

Where is the location of the Windows+E shortcut. If I
could find that then possibly see why it is trying to
launch qfinder.exe, which is a Corel WordPerfect program
anyway.

Thanks!

Is it just the win+e shortcut, or ais it anytime you run explorer.exe?
