windows e mail

When I send a e mail, the e mail address is saved in my address book. How can
I eliminate this problem . I dont want address to be saved, anyone know how I
can solve this problem. thank you

Tools-Options-Send and uncheck "Automatically put people I send to in my
addressbook...."
