Does anyone have the same problem with Windows DVD Maker as I do? Cannot
Create Preview, error message appears nearly everytime...and when it does
actually work, which isn't very often, the video skip during every picture
transition. this program has never worked since the start. i've been on the
forums before, i've disabled the high performance settings in the
sounds/speaker settings of the control panel. anyone?
