Its running both Vista and XP, how do i either get xp back, or just have it
running vista

You should be able to select "Windows (legacy)" or "Windows XP" from the
boot menu. If it fails to load - your XP installation might be a bit stuck,
and you'll need to edit the BCDEDIT.
Alternatively, check this for a good app. to do this with
