Windows drivers (or compatibility) for Pitney Bowes enveloppe printer (W650/W651)

Hello,
I known anyony who have a Pitney Bowes enveloppe printer (W650 or W651)

I cannot found Windows drivers (for Windows 2000 or Windows XP)

What is the solution ? And if we cannot found driver, is there a
compatiblitity solution ?

I also search on http://www.pb.com/cgi-bin/pb.dll/support/frames.jsp

but there was only Win95/98 drivers.
