Is there a way to make the "reach", or "grab" or "scope" of the little
double sided arrow bigger - the one used to enlarge of make smaller the two
sides of the spaces in programs such as OE and IE. I find when using IE for
example, and having had the "favorites " side of the screen wide, then
wanting to make it small so the webpage is bigger, that it is a bit of a
tricky move to grab the line with the cursor.
Any thoughts?

Try under Mouse Options - change the cursor styles - the styles listed
depend largely on what windows themes you have installed. There's some
larger mouse points (in size) that might help you? I don't know....perhaps
change your system screen resolution to something lower than you have? That
makes everything appear bigger, and might help you "aim" the mouse over the
window frame(s) to adjust the panel sizes more accurately.

I think you just have to be careful with your mouse movements - although,
come to think of it I think there's some tools that adjust its "sensitivity"
of the mouse - perhaps the "PowerToys" application from Microsoft.com or
something?

I can see what you mean though.
