windows dissapear when minamised

i was using quick launch when this happened but have tried it without with no
improvement , when a window or windows are minamised they dissapear to the
left bottom of screen and have to use task manager to open them up again ,
please help!
 
thanks but that appears to be a dead link.well i got an error message can't
find something!
