I was hoping someone could give me a direction with this
problem so i dont have to pay microsoft to hear bad news.
I have winXP Home and it was pre loaded as per el cheapo
TOSHIBA who didn't provide winxp disks just recovery disks
that will only allow you to reinstall the whole nine yards
by formatting the hard drive and in essence deleting
everything... if a system file is corrupted or broken you
have to reinstall all of it. My problem is that the disk
cleanup manager hangs and doesnt work anymore for some
reason and I cant find the file cleanmgr.exe anywhere at all.
i will not reformat my drive and reinstall 90 programs
again from scratch, I''l send this laptop back toshiba in
pieces before i do that i knew I should have bought a
Think pad.. can anyone suggest a way or where to find this
file so i can reinstall it in SYS 32 and overwrite the
current file ??
Thanks to anyone and everyone in advance
