This sounds like a networking question. The spooler just rides on the RPC
service and whatever the server service is doing. If the problem also
happens if you share files without the printer shared, post the question to
the network newsgroup. I checked quickly in the knowledgebase but did not
come back with a good on sharing.
I associate remote access with RAS. Is this system used as a bridge to the
internet or router of some sort?
