Windows-Delayed Write Failed

While using Adobe Premiere, I get the error "Windows-
Delayed Write Failed...Windows was unable to save all the
data for the file F;\..." either when capturing video or
encoding large video files to MPEG format. Microsoft
could not help me...???

You are using NTFS and not FAT32 aren't you?

Is this over a network connection?
