Hi,

Now I'm not a big fan of the new (simpler) defragger MS have included. For
one thing I cannot see how much of a good job its doing (or bad job lol).
However, I have used it once or twice and it has been very good, overall
performance of systems improved. I was therefore wondering your views on the
new tool and if you prefer to use a 3rd party defragmenter instead (or as
well as) and which it is.

Thanks,

Nutty

Don't like 'utilities' with no status, no progress bar, no anything to
indicate any activity at all (except the hard drive light blinking, which
Vista does enough on it's own for any number of reasons).
Have tried O&O Version 8, and Perfect Disk (beta). Both work as good or
better, are schedulable in a variety of ways (Screensaver, Boot, etc), and
provide feedback/options.
