At the moment I am using Rogers High Speed internet. And when ever I do a
scan with Windows Defender than delete all the spyware detected my internet
connection is cut.. Why does this happen ?

There are several possibilities. The simplest is that some of the spyware
has inserted itself into the winsock chain, and removal has disrupted that.

Another possibility is that there is a false positive for some component of
the networking software on your machine.

The first instance can be quite easy to fix--if you are on Windows XP
Service Pack 2 , going to a command prompt and typing "netsh winsock reset"
(without the quotes) and hitting enter--and then restarting the system,
should fix this.

If you are on Windows 2000, it is a little more complex, and a third-party
utility may help:
