Windows Defender Updates

I have WD Beta set for Automatic Updates, however it doesn't seem to update.
In fact, it currently displays notice that it hasn't been updated in 51 days.
However, after I engage manual update and it completes the manual update
(via toolbar message), it still displays the message in the Defender Window
that it hasn;t been updated in 51 days. Please advise . .

Seems to have done the trick. Many thanks . . . Sometimes, the fix is
'easy', I guess . . . . .

Thanks for letting us know the outcome!
Nothing is more frustrating than supplying a fix and having the outcome just
go off into a bit bucket. This is a learning process for everyone here.
