G Guest Apr 26, 2007 #2 Whatever you do, (installing and updateting or unistalling) always as a administrator. This is the key! You needed to login as an Administrator.and make the change Check in Tools - > Options- > Administrator Options Check mark the 2 boxes, and click SAVE
