Windows critical update

Installed the critical update for 04-003. COmputer set to
automatically look for updates daily. This installs
everyday for the past 3 days. Installation shows
successful?
 
The patch is for MDAC 2.52, 2.53, 2.62, 2.70, 2.71 or 2.80 so if you want to
upgrade to one of those versions that should fix the problem for you.
Otherwise you will have to ignore the update until the fix is published.
