location 07c910e03 on shut down . Does that mean a memory location could not
be referenced .
Would the problem be bad memory or not enough memory ?
This message is coming up most times I shut down the computer . Windows XP
Home Edition .

Hi,

Could be bad memory, could be something else too. How long has it been
happening?

The reference is to a memory address, why it is happening could be related
to many different things. See if the troubleshooters from MVP Jim Eshelman
help:

You could also test the memory. I don't think it's the problem, but it
doesn't hurt to rule it out:

If you want to check the memory, there are free programs here:

http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp

Software tests are not perfect in diagnosing these issues, but they are
reasonably accurate.
