windows could not properly load the english keyboard layout

Hello

I have this problem - I tried to add english keyboard with this result:
windows could not properly load the english keyboard layout

there is no way to install any keyboard (Czech)

I see it for the first time.
I have FP2007 with all updates.
I added to the image Czech and English language support in the start of
creation image (Select language support after import hardware and dependency
check)

Please help me !!!

I think I had a similar problem. If I remeber right it worked after adding

CUAS IME

and/or (dont remember exactly)

IME Prototype

components to the image (+adding dependencies):
