Windows Copy Software

My Windows software for copying photos to CD has disappeared on me. This happened right after I changed all my photo file associations to "Irfanview" photo viewer. I know it's not my hardware because my Windows software for copying music from my computer still works. Anybody know how to repair this without reinstalling Windows?
 
Sorry! Now that I have read a few of the former posts on this subject (which I didn't see before), I think I've got it! (Thanks to Yves Alarie). I just had to go to "Properties" and click on the "Enable to Record" for my CDRW drive.
 
You will have to do this after you use your software (probably Roxio) to
copy music to get XP back.

I have a similar problem. Can copy music to CD but can no
longer copy photos to CD. I don't know why. Have you
found and answer?

No, it was when I changed the file associations in my Windows for all photo file types to my Irfanview photo viewer.
 
Go to "My Computer", select your CD drive in the icons. Right click, then click on "Properties", at the bottom. Go to the "Recording" tab, then check "Enable Recording to CD with this drive"
