Windows Come Up Large Size

When I open the Control Panel, select Printers & other
Hardware, click on Keyboard and then the Button Config
tab, the display and font are so large, I can't access
the necessary features. The one feature I need is Global
Preference, in order to change the font that is
displayed when a Button is pressed. I think this may
resolve the problem, but not sure. Any suggestions or
advise is really needed. Other Windows are affected,
such as Print, You've Got Pictures Screensave Window.

If you mean that the window is so large that you cannot move it around to
access buttons or options on the entire window, do this. Open the window and
press ALT+Spacebar, this will make the default menu appear. Use the Arrow
keys to move the focus to the Move item and press ENTER. You can now use the
Arrow keys to move the window so that you can access these options.
