Windows CE error

Hi;

In my old PC i had installed VS.NET 2003 spanish, i use to work with Pocket
PC apps with out a problem. Well in my new PC i've installed the VS.NET 2003
sp. and it doesn't shows any error message during installation, it installs
ok.

But, when i want to run a Pocket PC app, it launches this error:

"At least one or more installation files for the windows CE emulator are
missing"
"Reinstall the windows CE emulator and try again"

I've installed again the VS.NET 2003 sp. but it launches the same error...

Any Help.....

I have determined the CE Emulator runs fine on a desktop box, but when you
try and run it on a laptop there are hardware issues. The reason you get the
error below is because the OS is removing some critical files needed for
running the CE Emulator.

The following warnig apears in the systray:
Device or applications disabled
'Virtual PC/Windows CE Emulator will cause Windows to become unstable.
Windows has prevented these drivers from loading. Click here for more
details.'

Sorry, I do not have a fix, but I know it it is laptop hardware related.
