I have two devices Windows CE based that aren't able to connect to the windows 2000 server, they get "connection ended by server".

I've run a trace of the traffic and the "rdp" packets are reaching the server.
I have 55 Cals and still 20 availiable.
I checked the server event log and there is no trace of errors.
I have another 30 devices same brand and firmware, all working fine.
I have two "Temporary licenses" issued to this devices and they have already expired, but i don't see a way to remove this licenses from there.
I've reactivated the licensing server with microsoft phone support and still no change.

What can i do about this.

Thanks for all the help in advance

An update on this problem the two machines are not listed now on the temporary license pool, but still can't connec

Hi there,

Thanks for the reply,

Resetting the terminals to default hasn't helped, and the hotfix described
in 825027
after install has not changed anything.

I now don't think it's a licensing problem since they are no longer liste in
the "Temporary Licenses" pool

I'm still trying to figure this one out

Are these 2 thin clients in any way different from the 30 that do
connect? Other subnet, other router? What do you see in TS Manager
when they try to connect?
