Blaster virus hurt my KDSD 6480 Laptop. I backed up all my files and had to do a restore. Now most of my files will not reinstall, I can connect to the internet, but no web pages. My computer came with Windows 2000 Professional pre-installed. Can I get a replacement disk for my computer? When I try to do anything with Windows, it continues to ask for this disk. Someone please help.
 
Since your machine came with Windows 2000 preinstalled, contact your OEM for
a new CD if the image you have wont restore.
