windows cant run 16 bit programs

My system crashed and I had to start from scratch.
I paid to have my data recovered and installed a new hard drive. now I cant
install an old drawing program that I had in the old hard drive. Same xp
disc. The message reads windows cant run 16 bit programs. Insuficient
memory to run the application please close one or more applications and
retry. Of course nothing else is open.

Any ideas?

This has been answered in one of the other groups that you spammed this to.

Try cross posting instead. That way, all the responses will be seen by all
