I am an administrator at a law firm, and I put Group
policies in place to stop people in the firm from running
unsupported software and to stop them from installing
additional software. The problem I have is, when users
get files in E-mail that are named "weird" i.e. doc1.vm1,
they can not open the file. In other words when they get
the file in E-mail, double click the attachment they get
the screen to either save or open the file, and if they
click open, nothing happens; they are supposed to get a
box that says "Windows cannot open this file:" and this
box should give them 2 options, either to choose a program
or use the web to find a program.
So it is obvious that this is some executable program
sending this message, and I need to know what file I need
to add to the list so that the users will get this message.
Thanks
