windows cannot find: /system32/delfolders.exe

anyone come accros this before?

it only appears when i reboot and login 1st time, so it
must be a process called at startup, a nd it dramticaly
slows login down.

Did you remove MSN Messenger? If so, try the following;

Start>Run>MSconfig and see if Messenger is running

If so, disable it and see if that solves the problem.

The site I provided in my second post didn't provide very clear directions
on how to make any necessary changes. After reviewing some others, the one I
have listed here should prove beneficial.
