. . .correctly then try again. Clicking Search icon for Windows Classic
Start Menu, a menu opens with three selections. Two of search functions work
fine, the third, [Search] using QuickFinder, causes the error message. I
searched the on board help, and knowledge base, no indication of Quick

Is it not part of Word Perfect?
Thank You. The Word Perfect Office 11 I am using, isn't completely compatible with Vista I already knew. I purchased Microsoft Word just today (as part of Microsoft Works Suite 2006), to create new files, and to convert (one way or another) my extensive word processing documents. I'm very pleased with Vista, and glad to know, no system file has been lost! I installed and uninstalled with Vista, a bunch of lousy programs I ran on XP, because they flopped one way or another with Vista. And that, after one Backup Recovery to the factory condition, on a new Dell Inspiron 1501 Notebook. The Works Suite replaces most of those programs! Now I'm getting the hang of it. And I've uninstalled the 15 mo. McAfee Security Center Subscription that my bundle included, in preference for Windows Live One Care, mostly for the Backup Copy Manager. I'm liking the look of this sleekness, on the brand new Dell notebook!
