Windows cannot find oca

When surfing the page will freeze and when I try to close it I get not
responding and I will close now, then this comes up:

there is a weird symbol then)iBucket=4702672898(symbol

How can I get this fixed? Using XPPro

I use AVG antivirus and MailWasher Pro for spam, no spyware. I am on very
slow ATT dialup, wonderful company that they are do not offer DSL in my
area.<g>

You need anti spyware protection.

Download and run Adaware (freeware)
http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php

Removing malware can be complicated and problematic:

Many programmes including Adaware need to be manually run by the user,
who also needs to update defiinitions. You can get automated programes.
One of these is Windows Defender which provides real time protection and
is freeware.
