Windows cannot access the registry information

The server has all the correct bindings and sharing of
files but still will not allow you to edit group
policies. I am stumped!!! Any ideas would be appreciated.

Generally I have seen this when I log on to AD with the
non Domain Admin account. I have several accounts with
varying degrees of authority. Try logging on with an
account that is in the Domain Admin group.
