Windows can not resize photos automaticly when sending in e-mail.

My windows used to show options when I chose pictures and
selected 'e-mail the selected file' to e-mail the file.
But now it won't allow me to do that.
How can I do to change it back?

Click Start, Run and type the following:

regsvr32 shimgvw.dll

If that does not help, let us know the file extension (.nnn) for which the problem is seen.
