Windows Calendar

I know each user has their own calendar, but is it possible for the seperate
calendars to share information with all the others without having to publish
it to the web. Can they share this information Locally?
 
It's OK I sussed it out..
You just need to publish it to a local hard drive and folder of your choice,
job done.
