windows burning engine?

Every time I boot up and I want to load Nero, I get the
error saying that some thing else is using the windows
burning engine. How do I turn it off?

PS: I don't know why(must be a virus), but if I go in run
and try to open msconfig, it opens then closes right
away. Its also the same for ctrl+alt+delete ?

Go to My Computer, r-click the drive, Properties, Recording page and
uncheck 'Enable Recording' and Apply. If you have third party software
like Nero (And especially InCD) you want this service off
