Windows Automatically shutsdown

There should be 4 parameter values following the STOP code and you
have only provided 3. But that is probably not too critical in this
instance.

If you have a Windows XP Installation CD then boot your computer with
that and choose the Repair (Recovery Console) option from the menu.

When the Recovery Console has finished loading enter the following
command:

CHKDSK /R

That may repair the problem. If it does be wary of any repetitions.
If the problem does recur then you need to identify the underlying
cause, which could be anything from a wonky hard drive to an unstable
electric voltage in your home or office.

If you have a "System Recovery" CD for your Windows XP rather than a
proper installation CD then you almost certainly will not get the
option to go into Recovery Console when you boot from the CD. In that
case you will have to download the 6 diskette boot set from Microsoft.

Use the downloaded file to create the 6 diskettes and then boot the
problem computer with these. When it finishes booting you can then
run the CHKDSK /R command.
