Windows Authorization Issue

Hi
I messed up my last computer, and it just would not work. So I bought a new
motherboard, cpu, etc but decided to use the old hard drive. Now heres the
problem with windows:

Trying to log on a user is not allowed because the administrator needs to
authorize the computer.

Trying that gives a screen saying "do you want to authorize?". Clicking yes
returns me to the log on screen.

Any help/comments?

Thanks

When you installed your old hard drive in your essentially new computer, you
needed to do at least a Repair Install because of the difference in
hardware. Do this now. If you still have problems after the Repair Install,
back up your data and do a clean install of Windows.
