Sorry if this isn't the right group...
Last month I purchased 4 two-gig SD cards from
NewEgg and it seems that last night a Win2k server
(SP 4) ate one of them. I had copied a bunch of files
to one of them, waited about 5 minutes, removed it
and inserted another. This mornings system log
showed a bunch of Event 11 disk errors so I tried to
access the disk and it reported that there was no disk
in the drive. The disk I had copied files to was fine.
Formatting from Windows Explorer does nothing, not
even an error message. Formatting from a DOS box
results in a "Error in IOCTL call" error. Disk
Management reports that the drive doesn't exist but
Logical Drives reports that the disk size is zero and
the file system is unknown.
Anyone know how to get my SD card back?
TIA,
