Windows aswers telephone calls

Help!! Everytime the telephone rings, Windows 2000 cuts in
(after 2 rings), and sends a screetching noise (similar to
a fax sound) to the caller. Therefore no normal voice
telephone calls can be recieved when Windows is running.
 
There's a registry hack to fix that. Search for "NumberOfRings" on the Windows web site for info.
