Hi. I wish to upgrade the beta version to a final
version. Will the software be put on sale or will it be
made available to everyone to download this software for

Final version will be free for legal Windows users, except the managed
corporate version, which is suspected to be provided at some cost.
 
The final version will be made available to licensed Windows users for free.
We still have a beta 2 to test, so the final version is not likely to be
here anytime soon.
 
there's one more beta (beta2) which might come out this
month or after this month if it doesn't then expect beta
2 or final version to come out when beta 1 expires.
