When I tried to run Networking Wizard on Norton Internet
Security 2004 on my home Dell computer running WIN XP
home edition, I was told that I needed to be a Windows
Administrator. However, I checked my user account and
confirmed that it states that I am a computer
administrator. Is this the same as Windows Administrator?
If not, how do I make myself a Windows Adminstrator?

right click "my computer" and go to manage to open the system management
console. Now click on users and groups and then click on groups. Next
double click administrators and make sure that your user name is in that
list. If not, then add it.
