windows administrator profile

hello, i have acedently deleted the administrator profile and i can not get
to the control panel to change this. how do i fix it. there is no option for
control panel on the computer the change setting or programs does not allow
me in because i am not the admistrator.

Log in using the built-in administrator account which cannot be deleted.
as you don't say what version of XP you have, in Home Edition, boot into
Safe Mode. In Pro, at the welcome screen, press Ctl-Alt-Del twice and log on
that way.
