IS THERE ANYWAY THIS APPL. WITH A CALENDER AND NOT HAVE TO
CLICK IN & OUT BETWEEN SCREENS. WOULD LIKE TO USE FOR
SETTING UP EVENTS AND APPOINTMENTS.

I DON't KNoW THE ANsWER TO YOUR QUESTIoN BUT DID YOU Know your CAPS lock is
on???
 
Lotus Organizer can be used as a common address book and also has a calendar
function.. there are others.. what you are asking is outside of the scope of
Windows address book..
