Windows Address Book error.

Using Office 2000 premium. When attempting to send email or access the
address book, receive the error message: An error occurred while attempting
to open the Windows Address Book. Unable to find the WAB DLL.
Office software worked fine with XP. Can anyone helP?

Outlook prior to the 2003 version is not compatible with Vista.
