You would get the driver from the usb jump drive mftr.'s website.

It probably will never work. Copy the photos to a CD and transfer them that
way. I don't believe there are any drivers available for W98 flash drives in
general including yours. Another option is to add your W98 computer to a
home network, that is assuming that you have "newer" Windows computers at
home.

Do a Google search on DOSUSB.ZIP I downloaded it monthjs ago, don't
remenber from where, but it has drivers, etc that will allow USB to work from
DOS.

If it's a popular brand (eg. imation), go to the website & grab the driver.
I have 4 dif ones here & all need dif drivers for 98SE. I can easily send it
but no point unless you know which one yours is.

If you can't get the correct Win98 driver for the thumb drive, you can
use the universal generic driver listed below. I have a large number
of different USB storage devices of different brands, some that the
manufacturer doesn't supply a Win98 driver for. So far, they all work
with this driver. It also saves me the trouble of installing specific
drivers for specific devices. The only possible drawback is that you
won't have specialized software particular to a particular device if
it has some, such as encryption, etc.:
