Windows 98 file association editor?

for Windows 98. I keep seeing posts, but no suitable apps.

There's a file within 98's windows folder, winfile.exe. Run it, choose
"File", then "associate".

Perfect. I like it. I like the fact that it can
bring up the familiar "Open With" dialog.

Its been a good, long while since I added any new apps to
my collection; Hopefully this will be the start of a good run
