Windows 98 cant See Windows 2003 Domain

"cant see the domain"

Not clear whether this means that Win9x users cannot log onto the domain, or
they logon OK, but can't browse.

If you are getting errors when Win9x users attempt to logon:

1. Make sure that the Win9x machines are configured to log onto the NetBIOS
name of the domain - ie. NetBIOS name of mydomain.com = mydomain.

2. If you have followed 555038 and still can't logon; try disabling the
Digitally sign policies in Domain Controllers OU - Computer
Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local Polies/Security
Options.

If this is just a browsing issue, try setting Master Browser to No on the
Win9x machines. Also, if you are not using WINS, try an lmhosts file on the
Win9x machines - see:
