windows 98 and windows xp home network

hi.
i have 3 pc.
2 with win98 and 1 with xp home
the 2 win98 can see each othes but not the winxp
no hardware problems, tpc/ip is ok, the workgroup is the
same, the subnetmasks are the same
from the prompt of the win98 the xp home is unreachable

can you help me please?

yes, there is a network bridge.
so there is nopt the firewall. but the problem remains.
