As for the Aero bit, if you have loads of icons in your taskbar, hover over one of them and all should go aero..

Might not sound a lot but it means I have absolutely NO desktop icons, which is great. Unfortunately, can't remember what it's called, lol I have it saved somewhere, I dare say when I change to Win 7 I will find it. I also like the little slideshow which is also in the sidebar and the global clock. They're the only ones I have, I haven't actually looked for any others since my initial install, novelty wore off
