How to get the sata raid to work for windows 64 bit.

It does work for Windows xp. I uncompressed the 32 bit nforce drivers
and copy the contents for ide in the floppy press f6 for during
install and win xp 32 installs to raid 0 just fine....However do the
same with the" NFORCE 64 bit" drivers and there isn't a nraid.cat file
that the windows setup needs.....just wondering what the deal is.

Yes I have folders option set to see hidden file and folders.

This was answered before, 32 bit drivers DO NOT work for XP64!
NO WAY, NO HOW!!!
You MUST get 64 bit drivers from the manufacturer, or hope they are
built into Windows, who BTW gets them from the manufacturers!

Perhaps you should read the op again.
He's saying he can extract the right 32bit sata driver from the nforce
32bit drivers and install xp32 but the nforce 64bit drivers are missing
the right files so he cant install xp64 on his sata drive.

Isn't that what I responded to? I told him he CANNOT use the 32 bit
drivers when trying to use XP64.

The OP says: >>>How to get the sata raid to work for windows 64 bit.

then says:>>>It does work for Windows xp. I uncompressed the 32 bit
then says: >>However do the same with the" NFORCE 64 bit" drivers and
Seems to me he can make it work for 32 bit XP but can't seem to figure
out how to make it work for 64 bit XP. Hence my response.

No, you suggested he was trying the 32bit drivers in xp64.
Hence

Hi, I have noticed the .cat file missing but I don't think its required, I
just skipped the file and the SATA Raid worked fine in Win64. Even nVidia
win64 drivers don't have the .cat file either or Iwill ZMAXdp.
