Are you referring to the program Cardfile.exe in Windows 3.1?

If so, copy Cardfile.exe and Addbook.crd to a floppy and then copy them
to your Winnt folder.

I've been monekying around with the program found here- will convert
cardfile to tab delimited, which you can import to anything
